- Choosing Gift packaging options at checkout
1.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax — when applicable. Any gift packaging option charges are additional.
1.2 Please ensure you choose the correct option, as we will not be able to amend after the order has been placed.
1.3 Gift packaging cannot be added after the order is placed.
1.4 Arabian Oud reserves the right to cancel a gift packaging order due to stock availability or reasons undisclosed. We will inform you in writing by email before the order is shipped.
- Gift packaging options
2.1 We are unable to customize the boxes further than advertised.
2.2 We are unable to fulfill special requests unless clear communication through email is established and agreed upon.
2.3 The Gift message will be handwritten by our team member.
2.4 Care will be taken to ensure the gift box is packed thoroughly; however, we are not liable for damages to the gift packaging during transit.
2.5 The gift packaging size will be determined by us due to the product’s measurements.
2.6 We reserve the right to change, add, or subtract different features of the gift packaging options without notice.
2.7 The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are as accurate as possible, but the representation of the gift packaging may differ as produced by your computer screen.
- Promotions
3.1 During promotional season, delivery of orders that include gift packaging may take up to 7 working days. Please plan ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
3.2 We may offer different options during certain events as a limited-edition option.
3.4 Prices subject to change.
4 Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 Gift packaging is non-refundable.
4.2 Gift packaging cannot be exchanged.
