WHAT DOES IT COST TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Delivery to the UK is free of charge.

We will deliver your products to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles). Postage cost in the United Kingdom will be £10.00 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 will not incur any postage charges. All UK orders are delivered with DPD.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders can take up to 5 days to process, pack and deliver. Please note deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY?

We want to make sure you find the perfect product, so if something isn’t working out for any reason, we will issue a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days if the product qualifies for either a refund or an exchange, which is left to our discretion. Online orders cannot be returned in-store and vice versa. Please make sure items are in their original condition, otherwise, we are unable to accept the item. We do not offer free return labels. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

To make a return or exchange:

Guest User: please send an email to [email protected], with your order number, reasons for the return and we will get back to you promptly with instructions to return.

Account users: Login and go to ‘My Account’ page and then ‘Refund Requests’. We will then get back to you with further instructions to return.
